Collection: Back to school Back to school
Eating a healthy breakfast is the best way to start the day and is a top priority for both children and adults. To encourage your children to eat a good breakfast before school, sit down and eat with them. The act of eating breakfast together demonstrates that breakfast is important for everyone.
Make sure to provide your child with a healthy lunch that includes not only a sandwich but also healthy snacks such as granola bars, dried fruit, crackers, and more.
Make sure it's not too much and not too slow - ask for feedback from the child after school.
Make sure to include fruits and vegetables in every meal – cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, cucumber, pepper, lettuce, etc.
Pack the meal in a box that is divided into compartments and looks aesthetically pleasing. Many people don't like to mix different food groups or foods, and compartmentalization helps maintain this preference.
Provide the child with a drinking bottle with only water (no sugary drinks).
