Why is natural food better for your dog/cat?
Most of us know that dry foods cause long-term health damage (even from good companies), so we support feeding our animals natural food, as well as for ourselves.
When you buy food that is fresh and not processed (like the dry foods on the market), this is the way you can know, almost 100 percent, about the ingredients that enter our little friend's body.
Dry foods contain preservatives, which may preserve the food for a long time, but they directly harm the health of our dog or cat. Also, the process of producing processed dry food greatly damages it in terms of nutritional values, sometimes so severely that at the end of the production process, the manufacturer must add to the product the components that were destroyed or diminished in the process.
All of our natural food is approved and supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture. The food undergoes light cooking to ensure that it is free of bacteria while maintaining the nutritional values and vitamins intact.

Why should you switch to natural food?
1 - Peace of mind
Natural food reduces the possibility of gas/stomach ache/diarrhea.
2 - Digestion and excretion
Improving bowel movements is a direct result of introducing only natural ingredients into the animal's body, which leaves almost no waste in the body. Therefore, the speed of food digestion is 3 times higher than commercial food, the frequency of stool will be reduced, and the size of the stool will decrease.
3 - Reducing drinking amounts
It's completely normal, don't worry, dogs get much more fluids into their bodies when they eat natural food.
4 - Excitement
Around meal times and finishing all meals down to the last crumb!
5 - Reducing dropout
By switching to natural food, fur shedding will be reduced to half of what you know!
6 - Help with allergies and itching
Many pets suffer from sensitivities and allergies, which in some cases result from the use of poor-quality food. Natural food alleviates and resolves many cases of sensitivities, allergies, watery eyes, and the like.
7 - Anal glands
Complete emptying of the anal glands, without the need for medical intervention.
8 - Normal weight
Proper digestion of natural food helps maintain weight. And pets who need to lose weight will achieve wonderful results in a short time.
9 - Strengthening the immune system
Natural nutrition prevents many future diseases, it actually strengthens the immune system and maintains health to a much greater extent than any commercial food.

Feeding calculator
Our recommendation is to feed a calculated amount of 2.5% of the dog's weight in measured food.
For example: if the dog weighs 20 kg - 2.5% is 0.5 kg (one bag of Aboriginal per day, approximately 480 grams).
If your dog needs to lose weight, then the food calculation will not be 2.5% of its current body weight but rather the target weight you want to reach. The same applies if the dog needs to gain weight.
In winter, dogs are hungrier due to the physical need to stay warm, and there are clear signs that the dog is not satisfied with the amount it is used to eating each day.
Puppies consume a larger amount in order to grow, so it is recommended to feed them 3.5% of their weight.
For dogs with a lot of physical activity, even 4.5% is recommended.
In any case, you should monitor your dog's diet - if he starts to gain a little weight, then reduce the daily amount a little, and if he starts to lose weight, then add more. Sometimes it's hard to guess the exact amount to feed, but after a few weeks you can find the most appropriate amount.
How is the transition carried out?
Here we will present two approaches to transitioning from industrial/dry food to natural food. You decide which approach is right for you and your pet.
First approach: fasting and direct transition.
- Fasting for 24 hours, with free access to water.
- Dogs that are not allergic to chicken - will start with chicken for two weeks.
- Dogs allergic to chicken - will start with turkey for two weeks.
- After about two weeks, if the animal responds well to the natural food, you can begin to gradually incorporate additional foods.
Second approach: gradual transition.
- For two weeks, begin to combine natural food with dry food. The ratio of food will be a little natural and most dry, and gradually balance and replace, until by the end of the two weeks, the dry food is completely removed.
