Acai shake

A little about acai: improves heart health, helps with weight loss, is great for your skin, is rich in dietary fiber and helps cleanse the digestive system, fights free radicals, helps fight cancer, is an anti-aging food, provides energy.

Ingredients for 2 smoothies:

  • 1 package of acai (100 grams)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 pitted frozen dates

  • 1.5 almond drink (+ add a teaspoon of beet powder to enrich the smoothie with antioxidants. Beets contain substances that help reduce blood pressure)

Blend everything together until smooth, pour and enjoy!
