Easy banana smoothie

If you love a banana milkshake, this smoothie—packed with flaxseeds and yogurt—is its healthiest friend.

Components:

  • 2 small bananas, chopped (or one large one)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

  • 2 teaspoons honey
