Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Simply put, this protein-packed smoothie is like a drinking pumpkin pie!

This smoothie tastes like you wrapped autumn in the palm of your hand or, better yet, like you combined a fat slice of grandma's pumpkin pie.

Pumpkin pie with 12 grams of protein per serving and no calories, refined sugar, or fat.

Components:

  • 1 frozen banana in pieces

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 cup skim milk or soy drink

  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)

  • 1 cup ice

Blend together until creamy, pour and enjoy!
