This easy coffee smoothie recipe is the perfect way to start your morning! Made with coffee, oats, flax seeds, and bananas, this is a healthy coffee recipe for people on the go.
So much romance and poetry comes to mind when I think of this coffee smoothie.

If I can be honest, I almost always think it's stupid to share a smoothie recipe. Like, seriously, you're telling people how to throw stuff in a blender. Like really??
But! There is always sorrow.
Sometimes, I feel, it's unfair not to share something that you know is amazing, and that your friends must have and might enjoy.
Plus + Plus! When I can't eat anything else, grabbing simple ingredients on the go that are good for your body, just throwing them in the blender - totally works!
This recipe only makes one coffee shake. My significant other is not as into coffee as I am - (Note: People who don't drink coffee?! Are they human?!) - so if you want more than one cup, double the recipe, triple it, quadruple it. Whatever works for you. Just don't leave out any of the ingredients listed here, all of the ingredients work perfectly to make a healthy and delicious coffee shake. I promise ♥

**One more thing. Make the coffee the night before because you will need to pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze before adding it
To the blender the next morning.
Components:

1 cup of strong coffee

1 banana in pieces

1/4 cup oatmeal

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup soy drink or almond drink

1 teaspoon honey
Blend together until creamy, pour and enjoy!
