Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma) - A 2019 study found that the G. lucidum polysaccharides found in reishi mushrooms modulate immune system function by affecting various immune cells and immune-related cells, such as B and T lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages, and natural killer cells. These polysaccharides are responsible for promoting immune cell growth, releasing cytokines (small immune system proteins), and thus contributing to the overall function of the immune system.
Cordyceps mushroom - “Cordyceps mushroom is known for its versatility and potential health benefits. This unique mushroom has been the subject of numerous studies examining its various properties and highlighting its potential to support the body in general, including aspects such as energy levels, endurance, and immune function.
Cordyceps has been studied for its effects on cellular processes and adaptogenic qualities over the years. Cordyceps may play a role in supporting the body's ability to maintain vitality. It is believed to influence factors related to cellular health, potentially aiding in overall resilience and promoting normal function.
Studies have shown that Cordyceps and its bioactive components can enhance the production of cytokines (small proteins that regulate immune responses) and stimulate phagocytosis in immune system cells. Phagocytosis is a vital function of the immune system in which immune cells, such as macrophages, engulf and destroy harmful pathogens such as bacteria and viruses. Cordyceps has also been found to increase the production of nitric oxide (NO), a molecule naturally produced in the body that acts as a signaling molecule and plays various roles in physiological processes.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - A 2020 study showed that the compound Withaferin A found in ashwagandha may help reduce levels of inflammatory proteins such as interleukin-10 (IL-10). In a study published in 2021, researchers gave people with COVID-19 an Ayurvedic formula containing 0.5 grams of ashwagandha and other herbs twice daily for 7 days. The formula was found to reduce participants’ levels of inflammatory markers CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α compared to a placebo.

Shipments on the site are divided into:
1. Refrigerated shipments:
The courier updates the hours the evening before the delivery (calls if there is no WhatsApp). The deliveries arrive at the address specified in the order. In places where there is a parking problem - the customer will be asked to go out and collect the delivery from the courier's vehicle.
If you have any hours or requirements, please write them in the comments in the cart or send them to us on WhatsApp.
You must be present to receive the delivery or provide written authorization to leave it at your doorstep. A courier will contact you prior to arrival. Please note, delivery hours are normal business hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Kiryat - throughout the week. Haifa and Nesher - on Wednesdays (10:00-14:00).
- Sharon and Central Region - Yokneam to Rishon LeZion - on Tuesdays.
- Northern region - Western Galilee to Afula - throughout the week (external delivery company) - we update the day before.

The weight of the shipment will not exceed 20 kg. A charge of ₪19 will be made. For every 20 Extra kg.
The shipping cost is ₪29. For the Krayot area, Haifa and the surrounding area (Zip code required); ₪39 For the northern, Sharon and central regions. An additional ₪19 For every additional 20 kg.

2. Regular deliveries, without refrigeration, to the entire country:
Delivery to a collection point (Pickup) - You can choose between two points closest to your place of residence. You will receive an SMS notification as soon as the package is ready for collection. The service is provided by UPS. Please track the shipment after it is sent and ensure it is collected within 5 days of arrival at the distribution point. This shipment is limited to 4 kg. 
There is no warranty for fragile products and melting products (such as chocolate and glass packaging). We will pack as best we can but the shipping company does not take responsibility for this and therefore neither do we.
A shipment returned to us due to a package not being claimed will be charged additional shipping fees. of ₪27 for returning it, even if shipping was free. Additional shipping to the customer will cost ₪27 Additional. We are committed, therefore we oblige.

Your package is picked up by a delivery company and will be delivered to the address you entered in the order. Delivery times are up to 5 business days.
