The shiitake mushroom grows in the forested regions of East Asia and its medicinal and culinary uses in these regions have been known for thousands of years. In recent years, the research world has shown great interest in the mushroom and its properties and it has been extensively studied. The mushroom has a unique flavor and contains diverse nutritional components.
What makes Bra's mushroom series unique?
Shiitake mushroom capsules are made from FULL SPECTRUM mushroom powder that contains all parts of the mushroom, the mycelium, the fruiting body, the spores, and the extracellular compound that the mushroom produces and secretes outside the cell into its environment, for an optimal range of activity and a concentrated dry extract (DE) to enhance activity.
The main active ingredients in mushrooms are polysaccharides, including beta-glucan, to which most of the health properties are attributed. The mushroom series products of Bara Herbal are the only ones with a guaranteed concentration of polysaccharides and beta-glucan. Each serving (2 capsules) contains: Polysaccharide - 515 mg, Beta-glucan 1,3-1,6 Beta Glucan - 190 mg.
Ingredients: Organic shiitake mushroom (58%), shiitake dry extract (25%), vegetable capsule (HPMC), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silica dioxide).

Shipments on the site are divided into:
1. Refrigerated shipments:
The courier updates the hours the evening before the delivery (calls if there is no WhatsApp). The deliveries arrive at the address specified in the order. In places where there is a parking problem - the customer will be asked to go out and collect the delivery from the courier's vehicle.
If you have any hours or requirements, please write them in the comments in the cart or send them to us on WhatsApp.
You must be present to receive the delivery or provide written authorization to leave it at your doorstep. A courier will contact you prior to arrival. Please note, delivery hours are normal business hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Kiryat - throughout the week. Haifa and Nesher - on Wednesdays (10:00-14:00).
- Sharon and Central Region - Yokneam to Rishon LeZion - on Tuesdays.
- Northern region - Western Galilee to Afula - throughout the week (external delivery company) - we update the day before.

The weight of the shipment will not exceed 20 kg. A charge of ₪19 will be made. For every 20 Extra kg.

2. Regular deliveries, without refrigeration, to the entire country:
Delivery to a collection point (Pickup) - You can choose between two points closest to your place of residence. You will receive an SMS notification as soon as the package is ready for collection. The service is provided by UPS. Please track the shipment after it is sent and ensure it is collected within 5 days of arrival at the distribution point. This shipment is limited to 4 kg. 
There is no warranty for fragile products and melting products (such as chocolate and glass packaging). We will pack as best we can but the shipping company does not take responsibility for this and therefore neither do we.
A shipment returned to us due to a package not being claimed will be charged additional shipping fees. of ₪27 for returning it, even if shipping was free. Additional shipping to the customer will cost ₪27 Additional. We are committed, therefore we oblige.
