The shampoo/soap is composed entirely of raw materials from plant and natural sources (except for distilled water and a little mineral salt from the Dead Sea - both of which come directly from Mother Earth).
Every herbal shampoo requires some kind of preservation system - we spent a fortune to find and purchase herbal extracts, developed by the leading company in the field from Germany. These are 100% herbal extracts and Ecocert certified. They are gentle, nourishing and most importantly, they prevent the need for other preservatives.
Also, the foaming ingredients are very gentle, very healthy, and still do a wonderful job of lathering and cleaning. Since the soap/shampoo is designed for the most delicate skin possible, it foams less than is common in adult soap, but this is only to make it as gentle and considerate as possible.
Our goal was quite far-reaching: to create the most gentle, healthy, and natural shampoo and liquid soap we could possibly create. The result is something amazing, unmatched on the market. It's pleasant, smells wonderful, and a pleasure to use!
The "body" of the shampoo consists of an extract ("tea") of chamomile flowers (babong), and pure natural aloe vera juice (without preservatives). Together, they nourish the skin and hair gently and naturally. The aloe vera also helps the hair to have a very smooth and pleasant feel.
Ingredients: Chamomile extract, caprylyl glucoside (natural foaming agent derived from sugar), kilja plant extract (natural foaming agent), organic aloe vera juice, vegetable glycerin, plant preservatives, guar gum, Dead Sea salt, cold-pressed organic jojoba oil, lavender essential oil, xanthan gum (natural thickener from corn).
Here is an extended explanation of the ingredients:
Capryl Glucoside - the main foaming agent, is derived from sugar and is 100% natural and approved by all major organic and natural cosmetics standards organizations. It is, like all shampoos, completely biodegradable (Easily Biodegradable) and non-polluting. It is also made from only naturally renewable materials.
The secondary foaming agent is an extract of the Quillaja saponaria plant. Quillaja is a unique desert plant from Central and South America (its origin is in the mountains of Chile). It contains a high percentage of natural saponins that contribute to foaming and gentle, healthy cleansing, at the purest level possible.
Vegetable Glycerin - Derived from vegetable oils, our vegetable glycerin acts as a humectant that attracts and binds moisture to the skin, helping shampoos not dry out hair and skin.
Guar Gum - A natural thickener extracted from the Guar Bean. The resulting powder is a wonderful natural thickener that thickens the shampoo to a texture that is easy to use and not too watery.
Xanthan Gum - A product of natural fermentation of corn starch. The resulting powder is a wonderful natural thickener that thickens the shampoo to a texture that is easy to use, and not too watery.
Lavender Essential Oil - The scent of our baby shampoo is 100% natural and pure lavender. Lavender oil is one of the few that is suitable for use with very small babies, which is why we chose it for our baby shampoo and soap. It is a fine and expensive essential oil, which we import ourselves from the USA.
Dead Sea salt - helps to naturally condition the shampoo, and contains lots of healthy minerals and salts that are important for balancing the skin.
Citric acid - The shampoo needs to be slightly acidic to best match the pH of the skin and hair. That's why we add a drop of citric acid solution at the end of the process to achieve exactly the right acidity.

Shipments on the site are divided into:
1. Refrigerated shipments:
The courier updates the hours the evening before the delivery (calls if there is no WhatsApp). The deliveries arrive at the address specified in the order. In places where there is a parking problem - the customer will be asked to go out and collect the delivery from the courier's vehicle.
If you have any hours or requirements, please write them in the comments in the cart or send them to us on WhatsApp.
You must be present to receive the delivery or provide written authorization to leave it at your doorstep. A courier will contact you prior to arrival. Please note, delivery hours are normal business hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Kiryat - throughout the week. Haifa and Nesher - on Wednesdays (10:00-14:00).
- Sharon and Central Region - Yokneam to Rishon LeZion - on Tuesdays.
- Northern region - Western Galilee to Afula - throughout the week (external delivery company) - we update the day before.
Southern Region:

If your location is not within the distribution range, we recommend contacting one of the channels and verifying whether it is possible to order to your area and on what day.
The weight of the shipment will not exceed 20 kg. A charge of ₪19 will be made. For every 20 Extra kg.
The shipping cost is ₪29. For the Krayot area, Haifa and the surrounding area (Zip code required); ₪39 For the northern, Sharon and central regions. An additional ₪19 For every additional 20 kg.
Minimum ₪150 per order. Discounted shipping on purchases over ₪400 (₪10 discount), on purchases over ₪550 (₪15 discount), and on purchases over ₪700 (₪20 discount).
2. Regular deliveries, without refrigeration, to the entire country:
Delivery to a collection point (Pickup) - You can choose between two points closest to your place of residence. You will receive an SMS notification as soon as the package is ready for collection. The service is provided by UPS. Please track the shipment after it is sent and ensure it is collected within 5 days of arrival at the distribution point. This shipment is limited to 4 kg. 
There is no warranty for fragile products and melting products (such as chocolate and glass packaging). We will pack as best we can but the shipping company does not take responsibility for this and therefore neither do we.
A shipment returned to us due to a package not being claimed will be charged additional shipping fees. of ₪27 for returning it, even if shipping was free. Additional shipping to the customer will cost ₪27 Additional. We are committed, therefore we oblige.

Your package is picked up by a delivery company and will be delivered to the address you entered in the order. Delivery times are up to 5 business days.
