Vitamin C from Bra's Vitamin and Mineral Series contains 500 mg of vitamin C, combined with antioxidants and plant extracts. The plant ingredients add a natural variety of components that interact with each other to increase the potency of the product. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that must be consumed in food or as a supplement, as the body cannot produce it. The vitamin participates in over 300 different biological processes in the body. The most essential activity of vitamin C in the body is that of an antioxidant. Therefore, it plays a central role in health and disease processes. The body does not store vitamin C in sufficient quantities, and adequate intake from food or supplementation is required to prevent deficiency.

What is special about Bra's vitamin C?

Who are we?

Bara Herbs was founded in 1997 by Sharon and Ryan Kotzer, Sharon is an expert in herbs and herbal medicine. After returning from studying at the leading herbal medicine school in England, a four-year course, Sharon and Ryan established a herbal therapy clinic in Kibbutz Ein HaShofet called “Bara Herbs.”
The essence of the name “Bara” is the root of the words “Bria” and “Bria.” This essence embodies both the message and the vision of Bara Herbs, according to which the use of medicinal plants, which are part of creation, supports and improves human health.
Since then, “Bara Tshering” has been developing high-quality products that excel in therapeutic creativity and are based on extensive clinical knowledge. The combination of clinical knowledge, high-quality raw materials, and advanced manufacturing technologies allows us to develop and produce a long line of products that all have one clear common denominator: they work!
