A formula containing highly concentrated and high-quality extracts of four mushrooms, which in recent years have received great interest among the scientific establishment, as well as growing research support in the context of their diverse effects on humans.

Shiitake mushroom - An edible and medicinal mushroom, growing wild in Japan and China. It contains unique polysaccharides that scientists have been interested in in recent years, in the context of their potential effect on various immune cells.

Reishi mushroom - One of the most highly regarded plants in traditional Chinese medicine, according to which Reishi is a classic plant for balancing and supporting a variety of chronic conditions that Chinese medicine calls “debilitating conditions.” Recent studies have shown antioxidant activity and a balancing effect on many indicators linked to lifestyle and nutrition in the modern era.

Maitake mushroom - Originating in northern Japan, it is known as a highly nutritious food plant containing a complex of vitamins and minerals, amino acids and polysaccharides. Maitake is receiving a lot of interest in the research field, and recently a unique component called Maitake Z-fraction was discovered in it, the research examined its effect on immune cells. Maitake has also been studied for its effect on indicators linked to modern lifestyle and diet and for its aid in weight balance.

Cordyceps mushroom - This is an extremely rare mushroom in the world, known as the “Chinese caterpillar fungus” because it grows on caterpillars in the mountains of China at high altitude. In Chinese medicine, it is considered an “anti-aging” plant and the Chinese use it to support old age and a range of conditions that Chinese medicine calls “debilitating conditions.” Modern research has examined the effects of the mushroom on immune components, and it is developing in other fascinating directions.

Who are we?

Bara Herbs was founded in 1997 by Sharon and Ryan Kotzer, Sharon is an expert in herbs and herbal medicine. After returning from studying at the leading herbal medicine school in England, a four-year course, Sharon and Ryan established a herbal therapy clinic in Kibbutz Ein HaShofet called “Bara Herbs.”
The essence of the name “Bara” is the root of the words “Bria” and “Bria.” This essence embodies both the message and the vision of Bara Herbs, according to which the use of medicinal plants, which are part of creation, supports and improves human health.
Since then, “Bara Tshering” has been developing high-quality products that excel in therapeutic creativity and are based on extensive clinical knowledge. The combination of clinical knowledge, high-quality raw materials, and advanced manufacturing technologies allows us to develop and produce a long line of products that all have one clear common denominator: they work!
