Shipping options on the site are divided into:

1. Refrigerated shipping:

The courier provides a delivery time window the evening before distribution (calls if there is no WhatsApp). Deliveries arrive at the address specified in the order. In places where parking is difficult, the customer will be asked to come out and collect the shipment from the courier's vehicle. Delivery is within 5 business days unless otherwise coordinated.
If you have specific hours or requirements, please note them in the cart comments or send them to us via WhatsApp.
You must be present to receive the delivery or provide written authorization to leave it at your doorstep. We do not provide coolers; this is the customer's sole responsibility.
The courier will contact you before arrival. Please note that distribution hours are regular business hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Krayot: All week (we coordinate in advance).
• Haifa and Nesher: All week (we coordinate in advance).
• Sharon and Central region: Yokneam-Atlit to Rishon LeZion - Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.
• Northern region: Akko-Nahariya to Karmiel-Ma'alot - Wednesdays or Thursdays.
• Southern region: Ness Ziona-Kiryat Gat-Ashkelon - On the last Thursday of every month (pilot program).

If your place of residence is not in the distribution range, we recommend contacting us via one of our channels to verify if it is possible to order to your area and on which day.

The weight of the shipment shall not exceed 20 kg. A fee of ₪19 will be charged for every additional 20 kg.

The shipping cost is ₪29 for the Krayot, Haifa and surrounding areas (zip code must be entered); ₪39 for the Northern, Sharon and Central regions; ₪45 for the Southern region. An additional fee of ₪19 per every additional 20 kg.

Minimum order ₪150. Discounted shipping on purchases over ₪400 (₪10 discount), over ₪550 (₪15 discount), and over ₪700 (₪20 discount).

2. Regular shipping, non-refrigerated, nationwide:

Shipping to a pickup point (PickUp) - You can choose between two points close to your area of residence. You will receive an SMS as soon as the package is ready for pickup. The service is provided by UPS. Please track your shipment after it has been sent and ensure to collect it within 5 days from the moment it reaches the distribution point. This shipment is limited to 4 kg. Delivery is within 5 business days unless otherwise coordinated.                                   

There is no warranty on fragile items or items that melt (such as chocolate and glass packaging). We will pack as best we can, but the shipping company does not take responsibility for this, and therefore neither do we.

Shipments returned to us due to failure to collect the package will be charged additional shipping fees of ₪27 for the return, even if it was free shipping. Re-shipping to the customer will cost an additional ₪27. We are charged, so we must charge.

The cost of shipping with PickUp service is ₪27. Minimum order ₪150.

Delivery times are up to 5 business days from the day of packing the order, usually arriving sooner. The weight of the shipment shall not exceed 20 kg.
